Bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi a způsobem sociální integrace seniorů v Charitním domově Otrokovice. Teoretická část charakterizuje hranice stáří, zabývá se změnami způsobe-nými stářím, přípravou a adaptací na stáří a úskalím stáří. Dále definuje pojmy sociální integrace a sociální opora, mapuje rezidenční zařízení v obecní regionální působnosti Otrokovice, zdůvodňuje volbu zařízení pro výzkum a uvádí jeho bližší charakteristiku. Praktická část obsahuje kvalitativní výzkum s použitím triangulace metod pro zvýšení vali-dity. Cílem bylo zjistit, jakým způsobem je v Charitním domově Otrokovice podporována sociální integrace seniorů, a to z pohledu samotných seniorů, jejich rodinných příslušníků a také sociálních pracovnic. |

The bachelor thesis deals with the ways and possibilities of the social integration of seniors in the Charity House in Otrokovice. The theoretical part defines the old age borders. It concentrates on the changes caused by the old age, the old age preparation and adaptation and the problems connected with this phenomenon. It also explains the notions of the social integration and the social support, it surveys the residential establishments in the Otrokovice region, it gives reasons for the choice of the individual establishment for the research and it features its more detailed characteristics. The practical part includes the qualitative research with the use of triangulation to support the validity. The aim was to find out the ways of the social senior integration support in the Charity House in Otrokovice, not only from the individual seniors' point of view, but from the point of view of their relatives and social workers as well. |
