Diplomová práce se zabývá otázkou pracovního uplatnění jedinců s mentální retardací. Teoretická část diplomové práce se sestává ze tří kapitol, které se zabývají charakteristikou mentálně retardovaných, možnostmi jejich edukace, profesní přípravy a profesní orientace, možnostmi pracovního uplatnění a systémem společenské a legislativní podpory. Výzkumná část zjišťuje možnosti pracovního uplatnění v zařízeních poskytujících služby mentálně postiženým v regionu Blansko. |
