Bakalářská práce se zabývá nabídkou biopotravin ve zlínských nákupních střediscích. Teore-tická část zahrnuje problémové okruhy vztahující se k biopotravinám, a to spotřebu potravin v České republice během posledních let, zásady ekologického zemědělství, charakteristiku biopotravin, jejich legislativu, značení a zhodnocení kvality a zásady Ekologického zeměděl-ství. Sledovanými markety byly Tesco, Billa, Albert, Penny Market, Interspar a Kaufland. |
