dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou syndromu vyhoření u zdravotních sester v oboru intenzivní péče. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní informace o oboru intenzivní péče, dále problematika syndromu vyhoření. Jako cíl praktické části jsem si stanovila zhodnotit znalosti sester o dané problematice, stanovit zátěžové faktory v oboru intenzivní péče, vymezit nejvíce rizikové pracoviště z pohledu sester a zhodnotit možnosti edukace. Jako výzkumnou metodu jsem zvolila kvantitativní sběr dat - dotazníkové šetření. Ze získaných výsledů jsem pomocí testu nezávislosti chí-kvadrát pro kontingenční tabulku vyhodnotila stanovené hypotézy. V neposlední řadě bylo mým cílem vytvořit vhodný edukační materiál v rámci prevence syndromu vyhoření u zdravotních sester - informační CD.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's work is concerned with the problems of burn-out syndrome by the nurses in the intensive care branch. There are described basic information of the intensive care branch, next the problems of burn-out syndrome in this theoretical part. As the target of practical part I have determined to evaluate the nurses' experience about given problems, to appoint stressful factors in the intensive care branch, to deliminate the most risky workplace from the point of nurses view. Also to evaluace the possibilities of education. I have chosen the quantitative data collection - questionnaire inquiry as the research metod. From the gained results I have evaluated the appointed hypothesis through the test of independence chi-square statistic for contingental table. Last but not least my target was the creation of suitable educative material in the range of the prevence of burn-out syndrome by the nurses - informative CD.	en
