Cieľom tejto práce bolo zistiť spokojnosť zákazníkov firmy Mikona, s.r.o. prostredníctvom telefonického dotazníkového šetrenia a navrhnúť doporučenia vedúce k vyššej spokojnosti zákazníkov. V teoretickej časti som spracovala poznatky týkajúce sa spokojnosti zákazníkov. Čerpala som zo zdrojov odbornej literatúry, ktoré sa zaoberajú spokojnosťou zákazníka a procesom marketingového výskumu. V praktickej časti som zistila na základe telefonického dotazní-kového šetrenia spokojnosť zákazníkov spoločnosti Mikona, s.r.o. Výsledky som analyzo-vala a znázornila pomocou grafov a tabuliek. Na záver mojej bakalárskej práce navrhujem doporučenia vedúce k vyššej spokojnosti zá-kazníkov firmy Mikona, s.r.o. |

The aim of this bachelor's work was find out customer satisfaction with the company Mi-kona, Ltd throuhg questionnaire inquiry by the telephone and suggest recommendation lea-ding to higher satisfaction of customers. In the theoretical part I have elaborated pieces of knowledge about the customer's satis-faction. The sources, which I have drawn from are specialized publications dealing with the subject of marketing research and customer's satisfaction. In the practical part, on the basis of questionnaire research, I have found out the satisfaction of customers with the company Mikona, Ltd. I have analyzed the results and illustrated them by graphs and tables. In conclusion of my bachelor's work I suggest recommendation leading to higher satis-faction of customers with the company Mikona, Ltd. |
