Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou strategie rozvoje podniku Czech Style. V úvodní cásti jsou zpracovány teoretické poznatky z oblasti strategie, rozvoje podniku a strategické analýzy firemního prostredí. V praktické cásti je provedena analýza soucasného stavu rozvoje podniku. Dále jsou zde uvedeny analýzy obecného a oborového okolí, SWOT a další analytické metody uplatnitelné pri analýze. Na základe provedených analýz je v projektové cásti stanovena strategie rozvoje podniku Czech Style, spol. s r. o. |

The diploma thesis deals with the problems of the strategy development of the firm Czech Style. In the first part is compiled the theoretical knowledge from area of strategy, company development and strategic analysis of the corporation neighbourhood. The practical part of the thesis includes the analysis of current state of the company development. Further there are presented analyses of common and occupational neighbourhood, SWOT and other analytic methods applicable in analyses.
