dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce popisuje technologii IPTV, její možnosti a přednosti. Technologie IPTV je moderní variantou šíření televizních a rozhlasových stanic prostřednictvím internetového protokolu do privátní počítačové sítě. Velká část práce je zaměřena na standardy IPTV využívané pro její realizaci a jejich hardwarovou a softwarovou implementaci. Dále seznamuje čtenáře s legislativními předpoklady k provozování neziskové IPTV. Praktická část popisuje nejjednodušší infrastrukturu pro vysílání a příjem více televizních stanic pomocí IPTV na základě dostupných softwarových a hardwarových komponent. V případě softwarových komponent je práce prioritně zaměřena na open-source řešení.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This graduation thesis describes the IPTV technology, its possibilities and advantages. IPTV technology is a modern variant of the television and radio stations distributing through the Internet protocol in a private computer network. The main part of the work is focused on IPTV standards used for its realization and the hardware and software implementation. Below, it informs reader about legislative presumptions to operate a non-profit IPTV. The practical part describes the simplest infrastructure for multiple television channels transmission and receiving using IPTV on the basis of available software and hardware component. In the case of software components, the work is priority aimed at open-source solutions.	en
