Práce se zabývá problematikou ochrany utajovaných informací a zajištění objektů, v nichž jsou utajované informace ukládány. Popisuje druhy zajištění ochrany utajovaných informací, základní povinnosti při jejich ochraně a možnosti mimořádného přístupu k těmto informacím; předkládá souhrn požadavků na technické prostředky a zařízení k zajištění objektů, v nichž je nakládáno s utajovanými informacemi; zabývá se problematikou možných hrozeb a rizik při ochraně utajovaných informací i kladů a záporů jednotlivých druhů nosičů těchto informací a uvádí metodiku hodnocení rizik. |
