Tato práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. V první, teoretické, popisuji identifikaci osob podle vnějších znaků. Uvádím metody, které se používají k získání popisu neznámé osoby a znaky, které jsou důležité. V další kapitole teoretické části popisuji seniora a jeho charakteristické chování pro tento věk. Rozeberu problémy, které mohou nastat při komunikaci se seniorem, zásady, a chyby. V předposlední kapitole popisuji pachatele, jeho osobnost, nebezpečnost a typy, na které je možné pachatele rozdělit. V poslední kapitole uvádím činnosti pracovníků jednotlivých firem, které poskytují dodávky energií, vody nebo sociální služby. Ve druhé, praktické části, zjišťuji pomocí dotazníku, jak jsou senioři připraveni na návštěvu pachatele a znají metody, které pachatele používají. |

This work is separated to two basic parts. In the first, theoretical, I describe an identification of the persons by an external signs. I indicate the methods, which are used to attaching of description of unknown person and signs, which are important. In the next capture of the theoretical part I describe a senior and his characteristic behaviour for this age. I analyse a problems, which can turn up on communication with the senior, principles and faults. In the penultimate capture I describe a delinquent, his personality, dangerousness and types, at what we can separate the delinquents. In the last capture I indicate the activities of the staffs of the companies, which provide supplying of energy, water or social services. In the second, practical part, I find out by the help of questionnaire, how the seniors are ready for a visit of the delinquent and if they know what methods the delinquent use. |
