Diplomová práca, "Projekt rozvoja podnikateľských aktivít formou franchisingu vo firme Ryba Žilina, spol. s r.o., sa zaoberá problematikou rozvoja podnikateľských aktivít formou, ktorá nie je v Slovenskej republike veľmi rozšírená a známa. V teoretickej časti sú vymädzené základné pojmy potrebné pre spracovanie a pochopenie praktickej časti. Druhá, praktická, časť je zameraná na charakteristiku a analýzu súčasného stavu firmy Ryba Žilina, spol. s r.o Na základe analýzy je navrhnuté vhodné opatrenie. V projektovej časti je spracovaný samotný projekt rozvoja firmy formou franchosongu, konkrétne podnikateľská koncepcia, nákladová analýza, hodnotenie investičného projektu a na záver analýza rizík projektu. |

The diploma thesis, "Project of the business activities development by means of franchise in Ryba Ltd., deals with the problems of developing business activities in a form, that is not very common in the Slovak Republic. The theoretical part defines the basic terms that are needed for the processing and understanding of the practical part. The second, practical, part is focused on the charakteristics and analysis of the cerrent situation of Ryba Žilina ltd The appropriate proceeding is proposed on the basis of the analysis. In the project part there is compiled the particular of the development of the company in the form of franchise, specifically the business concept, costs analysis, evaluation of the investment project, and as the conclusion there is also an analysis of the risks associated with the project. |
