dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá duševní hygienou manažerů ve Zlínském kraji a je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část je teoretická a jsou zde shrnuty nejdůležitější teoretické poznatky z oblasti duševní hygieny, je zde vysvětlen pojem duševní hygiena a také je zde uvedeno, co vše duševní hygiena zahrnuje. Druhá část práce je praktická a skládá se z analytické části a projektu. Analytická část je zaměřena na analýzu výsledků získaných při dotazníkovém průzkumu mezi manažery a popis současného stavu duševní hygieny manažerů ve Zlínském kraji. Projektová část navazuje na analytickou část a zaměřuje se na slabé stránky manažerů, které vyplynuly z dotazníkového průzkumu, a navrhuje opatření pro zlepšení stavu duševní hygieny manažerů.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This master thesis deals with mental hygiene of managers from the region of Zlín and it is devided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and summarizes the most important theoretical pieces of information about mental hygiene, the term mental hygiene is explained and there is specified what the term mental hygiene includes. The second part of the master thesis is practical and consists of an analytical part and a project. The analytical part is focused on the analysis of results that were gained in a questionaire research among managers and is also focused on description of contemporary state of mental hygiene of managers from the region of Zlín. The project part is linked to the analytical part and focuses on managers' weaknesses which resulted from the questionaire research and suggests measures for improvement of the state of mental hygiene of managers.	en
