dc.description.abstract	Cílem této práce je představení vybrané společnosti, analýza finančních výkazů a návrh nejoptimálnější varianty financování jejího investičního záměru. Teoretická část je zaměřena na specifikaci investičního procesu jako takového, popis jed-notlivých možností financování a investičních strategií. Dále jsou rozebírány detaily dvou nejobvyklejších způsobů financování a náležitosti potřebné k získání tohoto kapitálu. Prak-tická část se zaměřuje na rozbor finanční situace pomocí ukazatelů finanční analýzy. V části projektu je popsán proces získávání peněžních zdrojů pro investiční záměr formou bankov-ního úvěru a leasingu, náležitostí nutných pro získání tohoto peněžního zdroje a popis po-stupu banky při analýze rizik a určení bonity klienta. U každé varianty financování je spočítána čistá současná hodnota a na základě této metody je v závěru doporučena nej-vhodnější varianta financování.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The purpose of this work is the performance of the selected company, financial analysis and suggestion the best variant of financing the investment project. The theoretical part focuses on specification of the investment project, description of the possibilities of financing and description financial strategy. I compared two most common eventualities of financing and I descriped all formalities required to obtain capital. The practical part focuses on the analysis of financial position and introduces the process of obtaining the cash resources for investment projects through bank loans and leases. I de-scriped the procedure of analyzing the client's creditworthiness. For each variant of financ-ing is calculated the net present value and is recommended the best variant of financing.	en
