dc.description.abstract	Tato práce by měla čtenáře obeznámit s problematikou migrace všeobecně a poté konkrét-ně v rámci Moravskoslezského kraje. Součástí bude výklad pojmů, členění a přiblížení odborné práce s tímto jevem. Zkoumané jsou hlavní migrační tendence kraje dle ORP v sedmiletém období a případné trendy, které vznikají v současnosti. Cílem této bakalářské práce je identifikace a charakteristika migračně atraktivních a migračně neatraktivních re-gionů na úrovni ORP uvnitř Moravskoslezského kraje. Součástí bude i jejich vymezení a obecný empiricky založený posudek.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This essay should aknowledge reader of problems regarding migration. First with the basics then specificaly about migration in Moravian-silesian region. It will consist of basic con-cepts definition, segmentation and explanation of analysis of this phenomenon. Research is focused on major migration movements inside the region in compliance with ORP subdivisions and all that in the seven years horizon as well as of those tendencies rising in the re-cent years. Objective of this work is to identify migrationaly atractive and inatractive ORP's inside of this region. There is even a brief characteristic and general opinion of each of these territories.	en
