Diplomová práca sa zaoberá stanovením hodnoty spoločnosti Kúpele Trenčianske Teplice a.s. pomocou výnosových metód ocenenia. Teoretická časť pojednáva o kategóriách hod-noty podniku, o dôvodoch ocenenia a o podstate majetkových, výnosových metód či metód založených na analýze trhu. Ďalšie kapitoly sú venované postupu ocenenia, faktoru času a rizika, ktorá sa premieta do výšky diskontného faktoru. Praktická časť je zameraná na samotné ocenenie podniku, ktorému predchádza detailná finančná a strategická analýza. Na výsledkoch uskutočnených analýz je spracovaný strategický finančný plán do roku 2013, ktorý prestavuje podklad pre stanovenie hodnoty spoločnosti Kúpele Trenčianske Teplice a.s. |

The master thesis deals with the evaluation of the company Kúpele Trenčianske Teplice PLC, using the returns methods of valuation. The theoretical part describes categories of company value, the reasons for the evaluation and it deals with essence of returns, market and asset approaches. Following chapters are devoted to the evaluation procedures, to the factors of time and risk, which is contented into evaluation by discount factor. The practi-cal part is focused on evaluation of the company itself. The valuation is preceded by de-tailed financial and strategic analysis. The strategic financial plan is constructed depending on the results of financial and strategic analysis, which serves as a basis for evaluation of company Kúpele Trenčianske Teplice PLC. |
