Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací a týmovou prací. Teoretická část této práce je zaměřena na motivaci a týmovou práci. Popisuji zde základní pojmy - co je motivace, zá-kladní typy motivů, motivační teorie a poruchy motivace. Dále se zabývám tím, co je to tým, týmová práce, týmové schopnosti a role, fáze vývoje týmu a leadership. Praktická část pak obsahuje vlastní průzkumnou sondu, která zjišťuje názory oslovených respondentů na motivaci a týmovou práci v jejich zaměstnání. Pro zjištění požadovaných skutečností byla použita technika anonymního dotazníku. Získaná data byla následně analyzována a pře-hledně zpracována do tabulek a grafů. |

The Bachelor thesis deals with motivation and team work. The theoretical part of this work is thematically focused on motivation and team work. In this part I'm explaning the basic terms - what is motivation, basics types of motives, motivational theories and breakdowns of motivation. This part also deals with a team, team work, team abilities and roles, phases of development of team and leadership. The practical part of the Bachelor thesis includes own disguised probe that probes the opinion of respondents on motivation and team work in their work. The technique of an anonymous questionnaire was used to obtain requested data. The obtained data were analysed later on and well aranged into tables and graphs. |
