dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice hodnocení výkonnosti podniku. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány přístupy k měření výkonnosti s rozdělením na klasické a moderní měřítka. Na teoretickou část práce navazuje část praktická, ve které je zhodnocena výkonnost podniku klasickými ukazateli s využitím nástrojů finanční analýzy. V další části práce je zhodnocena výkonnost vybranými moderními měřítky. V závěru diplomové práce jsou shrnuty výsledky práce, přínosy a rizika projektu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is focused on problems of evaluating of the company performance. In the theoretical section describes approaches to measuring of the company performance. Company's performance is measured by traditional and modern indicators. On a theoretical part followed by the practical part. The performance of the company XY is first evaluated by traditional indicators, here is the use of financial analysis. The next section assesses the company performance of selected modern indicators. In conclusion of the thesis I summarize the results of work, benefits and risks of the project.	en
