dc.description.abstract	Cílem této práce je seznámení se službami poskytovanými v mobilních sítích a hodnocení jejich popularity mezi uživateli. V teoretické části jsou popsány jednotlivé systémy pro mobilní sítě s jejich historickým vývojem. Dále jsou rozebrány jednotlivé služby, které daný systém poskytuje. Do přehledu je také zahrnut současný stav v České republice. Klíčovou součástí této práce byl průzkum mezi uživateli mobilních sítí o využívání, spokojenosti a hodnocení kvality poskytovaných mobilních služeb. Jeho výsledky jsou popsány v praktické části této práce.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this work is to introduce to the services provided by mobile networks and the evaluation of their popularity among users. The theoretical part describes the various systems of mobile networks including historical development. There are also analyzed individual services which are supported by each system. Current situation of provided mobile services in the Czech Republic is described in the final section of theoretical part. A key part of this work is a survey among mobile networks users who were asked about the use, contentment and evaluating the quality of mobile services. The results of this survey are described in the practical part of this work.	en
