Predkladaná bakalárska práca sa zaoberá analýzou marketingovej komunikačnej kampane Career Days. Career Days predstavujú dva dni plné možností pre študentov a absolventov vysokých škôl v podobe interaktívneho stretnutia s najväčšími zamestnávateľmi v Českej republike. Teoretická časť zahŕňa spracovanie poznatkov z literárnych zdrojov zaoberajúcich sa prob-lematikou marketingovej komunikácie a neziskového sektoru. V praktickej časti je predstavená organizácia AIESEC a jej produkt Career Days. Následne spracovaná analýza marketingovej komunikačnej kampane ročníkov 2009 a 2010 je pred-pokladom na návrhy a odporúčania pre nasledujúci ročník. |
