dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce poskytuje ucelený náhled na problematiku komunikace elektronických hudebních nástrojů a jiných periferních zařízení, vzájemně propojených prostřednictvím velmi rozšířeného rozhraní MIDI, které spolu s výkonnými počítači dnes tvoří velkou část moderní MIDI systémů. Teoretická část této práce přehledným způsobem popisuje základní principy MIDI komunikace, včetně schémat zobrazujících vybrané případy propojení jednotlivých zařízení v MIDI systémech. Praktická část řeší návrh moderního MIDI systému, kde jeho hlavní částí tvoří výkonný počítač, k němuž mohou být pomocí rozhraní MIDI připojená ostatní periferní hardwarová zařízení. K této části rovněž náleží základní popis jednotlivých prvků systému včetně způsobu jejich použití.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis provides a comprehensive insight into communication of electronic musical instruments and other peripheral devices interconnected through the widely-spread MIDI interface. Together with powerful computers, they form a substantial part of modern MIDI systems. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the basic principles of MIDI communication, including schemes depicting selected examples of device connections within MIDI systems. The practical part deals with the design of a modern MIDI system, whereas the main part of the system is formed by a powerful computer, which may be connected to other peripheral hardware devices through MIDI interface. This part also includes a basic description of the system components together with the way to use them.	en
