Matky na mateřské dovolené zažívají kromě radosti i každodenní starosti, mají své specifické problémy. Teoretická část této práce se věnuje možným překážkám v prožívání mateřství, se kterými se maminky mohou setkat, jako je například poporodní deprese či sociální izolace, zamýšlí se nad prorodinnou politikou a slaďováním rodinné a pracovní role rodičů, poukazuje na potřeby žen na mateřské dovolené. Praktická část je zaměřena na výzkum mobility maminek s kočárky ve Zlíně, s cílem podat obrázek o tom, jak vnímají případné bariéry a to nejen bariéry architektonické, ale i bariéry v myšlení lidí. |

Mothers on maternity leave in addition to experiencing joy and everyday concerns, have their own specific problems. The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis deals with potential barriers to the experience of motherhood, which the mother may encounter, such as postnatal depression or social isolation, a discussion of pro-family policy and seeking synergy between family and work roles of parents, highlights the needs of women on maternity leave. The practical part focuses on research mobility with baby carriages in city Zlín, in order to submit a picture of how they perceive any barriers not only of architectural barriers, but barriers in people's minds. |
