Práca rieši problematiku prepojenia nákladov a zatrieďovania dodávateľov do kategórií podľa špecifických činností, ktoré spoločnosť Microsoft s.r.o. nakupuje. Teoretická časť obsahuje súhrnný pohľad na problematiku nákupu, služieb, nákladov s nákupom súvisia-cich a riadenie dodávateľsko-odberateľských vzťahov. Jadrom praktickej časti je spracova-nie samotného projektu kategorizácie, ktorému predchádza analýza nákladov súvisiacich s nákupom služieb od daných dodávateľov. V analýze nákladov nasledujúcej po projekte sú prezentované čiastočné výsledky dosiahnuté zavedením novej kategorizácie do praxe. |

The diploma thesis solves the problem of the connection of the costs and the classification of the vendors to the categories due to specific activities that are bought by Microsoft Ltd from its vendors. Theoretical part is saying about task of the purchase, the services, the costs that are related to the purchase of the services and the purchase-order relationship. The core of the practical part is the project of the vendors' categorization processing. There are the analysis of the costs spends on the purchase of the services also. The analysis of costs that is made after the project, there are shown the partial results that have been achieved by application of the new classification to using. |
