Cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, jak obec Komňa hospodařila se svým majetkem v letech 2006 - 2008 a zda splnila svých plánovaných cílů. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část přibližuje charakteristiku obce a veřejných financí. Jsou zde objasněny základní pojmy, jako obec, rozpočet nebo finančí analýza. Praktická část navazuje na poznatky z teoretické části. Zabývá se analýzou hospodaření obce za sledované období, jeho financováním a poměrovými ukazateli. Závěr bakalářské práce je věnován zhodnocení cílů finanční analýzy a doporučení, která vyplynula z praktické části. |

The objektive of my Bachelor thesis was to investigate how the municipality Komna used the property of the municipality between the years 2006 and 2008 and whether the board achieved their goals. The Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of the municipality and public finance. Basic concepts, such as municipality, budget and finance analysis are clarified here. The pracical part follows on from the theoretical. It focuses on the nanlysis of management of the municipality in the monitored period, its financing and ratio indicators. The conclusion of the Bachelor thesis is devoted to assessment of financial analysis objectives and recommendations arising from the practical part. |
