Táto bakalárska práca si kladie za cieľ navrhnúť zdokonalenie súčasného stavu hmotnej a nehmotnej motivácie zamestnancov a odporučiť nové spôsoby motivovania pracovníkov vo vybranom podniku. V teoretickej časti je spracovaný rozbor literárnych prameňov pre-dovšetkým z oblastí zdrojov motivovania a odmeňovania zamestnancov. V praktickej časti je analyzovaný súčasný stav hmotnej a nehmotnej motivácie zamestnancov. V závere prak-tickej časti možno nájsť odporúčania na zlepšenie súčasného stavu motivácie. |

The bachelor thesis intends to propose an improvement of the current state of tangible and intangible employee motivation and to recommend new ways of employee motivation in the chosen enterprise. Theory consists of the analysis of literary sources dealing with the sources of employee motivation and remuneration. The practical part includes three analy-tical parts. In the first part of the theory, there is an interview related to the current state of tangible and intangible motivation. In the following part, there is the questionnaire survey. Last section of the analysis includes recommendations for improving the current state of motivation and new proposals for employee motivation. |
