Diplomová práce se zabývá optimalizací CRM (řízení vztahů s klienty) ve studiu ASKB. Cílem projektu je jednak zvýšit spokojenost klientů s nabízenými službami a také implementovat systém řízení vztahů s klienty, který by zvýšil návštěvnost tohoto studia. Proto se v projektu zabývám segmentací klientů podle vybraných kritérií a určením charakteristik daných skupin. |
