dc.description.abstract	Práce je zaměřena na popsání stávajícího systému provozu Psychiatrické léčebny ve Šternberku s důrazem na její klady a zápory. Pozornost je věnována hlavně nedostatkům, které je potřeba odstranit. Práce se zaměřuje na bezpečný provoz léčebny, personální za-bezpečení a patřičná opatření proti vzniku mimořádné události. Cílem práce je navrhnout zkvalitnění stávajících evakuačních postupů v souvislosti s právními předpisy s důrazem na zvýšení bezpečnosti pacientů psychiatrické léčebny a zajištění včasné evakuace při vzniku mimořádných událostí.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This work is interesting for a characterization present operation of the Mental home in Šternberk and they're accomplishments and negatives. Attention paid to deficiencies where must be despatch. And this work is interesting to safety performance of the asylum, personal control and measure against beginning of extraordinary incident. Tendency of the work is propounding better quality of present evacuation plan in connection with legal enactments and emphasis on heightening safe of patient and provisi-on early-warning system of evacuation in the beginning of extraordinary incident.	en
