Cílem této diplomové práce je analýza osídlení okresu Vyškov se zaměřením na jednotlivé obce tohoto regionu a potvrdit či vyvrátit obecný předpoklad o úbytku obyvatelstva obcí ve prospěch měst. Zkoumání bude podrobena také občansko-technická vybavenost obcí a jejich vzdálenost od přirozených spádových center. Vývoj počtu obyvatel obcí okresu Vyškov je zkoumán v časovém horizontu let 2002-2008 a pro srovnání mohou být doplně-ny údaje z roku 1980, 1989 a 1999. Závěr práce je věnován návrhu několika různých opat-ření, která mohou vést ke zvýšení počtu obyvatel obcí nebo k zastavení jeho úbytku. |

The aim of this thesis is an analysis of population in district, focusing on individual com-munities of the region and to confirm or refute the general assumption of depopulation of communities in favor of cities. The examination will be subject to civil as well as technical skills of municipalities and their distance from the natural catchment centers. Development of population in district municipalities is studied in the time frame 2002-2008 and for comparison may be Complementing-ing data from 1980, 1989 and 1999. The final part of the proposal of several different measures, must take appropriate measures which may lead to an increase in population or community to stop its decline. |
