V teoretické části práce bude vysvětleno, co jsou to účetní informace a jaké jsou používány účetní výkazy. Následně bude popsána finanční analýza, zejména její zdroje informací, uživatelé a postup, a také zdroje informací, uživatelé, princip a cíle controllingu. V závěru této části bude vysvětleno, jaký význam má finanční analýza a controlling pro finanční ří-zení. V praktické části bude představena společnost DEZA, a.s. a provedena finanční analýza této společnosti. Dále budou popsány základní principy fungování jejího controllingu. Tato část bude ukončena zhodnocením, jak společnost DEZA, a.s. využívá účetní informace pro finanční řízení, a doporučením, co by mohla v této oblasti zlepšit. |

The theoretical part of this work explains the term "accountant information'q and which accountant reports are used. Successively the financial analysis, especially their informa-tion resources, users and process, and information resources, users, principles and targets of the controlling are described. The end of this part explains meaning of financial analysis and controlling for the financial management. The practical part of this work introduces the company DEZA, a.s. and contains financial analysis of this company. Next basic principles of function of its controlling are described. This part is finished by evaluating, how the company DEZA, a.s. exploits accountant in-formation for its financial management, and by recommendation, what the company could improve in this area. |
