This thesis deals with the motivation of the students with a previous work experience or working while studying at the moment. It examines how motivation of the current sample is different from other samples. The aim of the thesis is to show the importance of motivation by considering the main motivation factors. Also the importance of needs and goals has been brought for close examination. The thesis also covers employee involvement. |
