Cílem diplomové práce je vypracování taktických postupů a jednání bezpečnostních pracovníků, při řešení situací detekce vzniku nebezpečí pro život, zdraví a chráněný majetek. Tyto postupy vycházejí z analýz policejních a armádních taktik a výcvikových metod. Součástí práce je rozbor rozdílů zobrazení reality oproti teoretickým, naučným řešením, analýza legislativního rámce v této oblasti a zhodnocení významu a návrh k uplatnění modelových situací při výcviku. Rovněž je zhodnocen stávající stav postupů bezpečnostních pracovníků při řešení situací po detekci vzniku nebezpečí, propojení bezpečnostní ostrahy objektu s jeho elektronickým zabezpečovacím systémem. Stěžejním výstupem práce je doporučení k optimalizaci systému reakce v případech detekce vzniku nebezpečí pro život, zdraví a chráněný majetek. |

The thesis aims to develop tactical procedures and conduct of security staff, in addressing situations of detection of a threat to life,health and property protected. These procedures are based on analysis of police and military tactics and training methods. Part of this work is to analyze differences in the representation of reality than theoretical, instructional solution, analysis of the legislative framework in this area and assess the value and design for the application of modelsituations in training. It also evaluates the current state of security personnel practices in dealing with the situation following the detection of a hazard,building links with the security guard's electronic security system.The main outcome of this work is a recommendation to optimizesystem responses to detection of a threat to life, health and propertyprotected. |
