Hlavným cieľom diplomovej práce je vytvorenie návrhu a projektu implementácie konceptu Balanced Scorecard ako strategického nástroja riadenia výkonnosti podniku. Práca je tematicky rozčlenená na tri časti. Úvodná časť sa venuje teoretickým poznatkom a prameňom z oblasti podnikovej výkonnosti, prístupom a konceptom jej merania. Zároveň popisuje koncept Balanced Scorecard, jeho štyri perspektívy a zavádzanie do podnikových štruktúr. Praktická časť práce zachytáva internú a externú analýzu sledovaného podniku a vytvára tak závery a podklady pre tvorbu samotného projektu. Ten predstavuje tretiu, finálnu časť, práce a je venovaný návrhom a odporúčaniam spoločnosti. |

The main objective of this master thesis is to create a draft and project of implementation of Balanced Scorecard as a strategic tool to manage company performance. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first, theoretical part of the thesis presents views of company performance and describes approaches and concepts of performance measurements. At the same time it describes Balanced Scorecard concept, its four perspectives and implementing to the company structures. The practical part consists of internal and external company analysis. In reference to the analysis output it is creating a basis for making the project itself. The project is the third and final part of the thesis which is devoted to suggestions and recommendations to the company. |
