dc.description.abstract	Předmětem diplomové práce je projekt optimalizace výrobního procesu ve společnosti XY. Analýza současných problémů ve výrobním procesu a projekt jejich řešení jsou hlavním cílem práce. Teoretická část se zaobírá poznatky z oblasti systému operativní evidence, systému řízení zásob a stanovením velikosti výrobní dávky. Analýza současného stavu a popis problémů jsou uvedeny v praktické části. Jejich výsledek je východiskem pro projektovou část, ve které je vypracovaný návrh na řešení uvedených problémů.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The graduation thesis is dealing with the optimizing of production process in the company XY. The objective is by analyzing current problems in the production system in order to insert the correct structure of their elimination. The theoretical part is following the knowledge of the system of operational evidence, as well as the system of stock management thus establishing the correct size of manufacturing dose. In the practical part I have analyzed the current state and described the key issues. The outcome forms the body of the projection for elimination of the issue problems.	en
