dc.description.abstract	Tato práce se věnuje problematice bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci ve společnosti ČSAD Uherské Hradiště a.s. Teoretická část se zabývá legislativou bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci, politikou bezpečnosti práce a v další části je popsána norma bezpečnosti práce ČSN OHSAS 18001. V praktické části se práce věnuje popisu analýzy rizik jednotlivých činností ve firmě, její aplikace ve vybraných pracovních činnostech a možné návrhy na vylepšení přijatých opatření. V závěru práce je stručně zpracována SWOT analýza rizik společnosti.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This work deals with the issue of safety and health at work in the company ČSAD Uherské Hradiště a.s. The theoretical part deals with safety and occupational health legislation, safety policy and the next section describes the safety standard ČSN OHSAS 18001. The practical part of the work deals with the description of the risk analysis of activities in the company, its application in selected business activities and suggestions for possible improvement of measures taken.
