dc.description.abstract	Téma mé bakalářské práce je Kompetence sester na anesteziologicko-resuscitačním oddě-lení a jednotkách intenzivní péče. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část seznamuje čtenáře s rolí sestry v ošetřovatelství, s pojmy kompetence a delegování, s platnou legislativou a etickými principy vztahujícími se k dané problematice. Praktickou část tvoří průzkum, který pomocí originálního dotazníku zjišťuje znalosti sester o jejich kompetencích na anesteziologicko-resuscitačním oddělení a jednotkách intenzivní péče, vyplývající z vyhlášky č. 424/2004 Sb. a její novelizace, a zda jsou tyto kompetence dodržovány v běžné praxi. Prostřednictvím odpovědí sester na vybraných odděleních jsem se snažila splnit stanovené cíle bakalářské práce.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The theme of my thesis is the competence of nurses in the department of anesthesiology, resuscitation and intensive care units. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part introduces the reader from to the role of nurses in nursing, the notion of competence and delegation with applicable law and ethical principles related to the topic. The practical part consists of a survey using the original questionnaire asks nurses about their knowledge of the competencies in anesthesiology-resuscitation department and intensive care units, resulting from Decree No. 424/2004 Coll. and its amendments, and whether these competencies are met in everyday practice. Through the responses of nurses in selected departments, I tried to meet the targets thesis.	en
