dc.description.abstract	Obsahem této diplomové práce je implementace vybraných metod průmyslového inženýr-ství ve společnosti ZÁLESÍ a.s., zabývající se výrobou plastových výlisků. Cílem celého projektu je zvýšit efektivitu procesů údržby a obsluhy stroje. Diplomová práce se také za-bývá racionalizací pracovního prostoru na pracovišti údržby. V teoretické části jsou před-staveny metody, které byly využity v analyzování procesů. Následuje projektová část, ve které jsou předloženy návrhy, které by měly zlepšit stávající stav na pracovišti. Na závěr diplomové práce jsou veškeré návrhy zhodnoceny.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis deals with implementation of selected methods of industrial engineer-ing in company Zálesí a.s. engaged in manufacturing of plastic mouldings. This project aims to increase the efficiency of processes related to maintenance and using machines. Diploma thesis deals with rationalization in the maintenance area. Methods that were used in analytical part are introduced at the beginning. Presented proposals should remove current deficiencies. All proposals are assessed at the end.	en
