dc.description.abstract	Tématem mé diplomové práce je projekt inovace výrobního programu ke zvýšení konku-renceschopnosti společnosti JORCON s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena do dvou na sebe navazujících částí. V první části jsou vysvětleny důležité pojmy, jejichž znalost je nezbytná k porozumění obsahu celé práce. Druhá část práce se nejprve věnuje informacím o společnosti, dále obsahuje analýzu konkurence, SWOT analýzu a popis výrobního programu, které jsou podkladem k řešení projektu. V rámci projektu se řeší inovace výrobního programu a realizace výroby celé typové řady nových výrobků. Nechybí zde i finanční srovnání původní a nové výroby, harmonogram výroby a zhodnocení celého projektu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of my diploma thesis is the project of innovation of manufacturing programme to increase the competitiveness of JORCON Ltd company. The work is dividend into two consecutive parts. In the first part the important concepts are explained. The knowledge of these concepts is important to understand the content of the whole work. The second part is devoted to information about company, it also includes the analysis of competition, the SWOT analysis and the description of the manufacturing programme that are the base to solve the project. In terms of the project, my thesis deals the innovations of manufacturing programme as well as the realization of the manufacture of the whole type line of new products. My work also contains the financial comparison of the original and new manufacture, the production schedule and the evaluation of the whole project.	en
