Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice ochrany obyvatelstva ukrytím. Je zde popsána historie, legislativa spojená s ochranou obyvatelstva, rozdělení úkrytů. Praktická část je zaměřena na výpočet ochranného součinitele stavby Ko a ukázku úprav na vybraném objektu, který má zároveň posloužit jako návod na zprovoznění úkrytu. V závěru práce jsou popsány prostředky individuální ochrany, rada co si zabalit do evakuačního zavazadla a přínos práce v praxi ? pomůcka pro městský úřad v Holešově. |

The thesis deals with the issue of protection of the population hiding. It describes the history and legislation related to protection of the population, the distribution of shelters. The practical part focuses on the calculation of building protective factors Ko and sample editing the selected object, who is also serving as a guide on getting the shelter. Finally, we describe the means of individual protection, advice what to pack in the luggage of an evacuation and contribution of work in practice - an aid for municipalities in Holesov. |
