Tato bakalářská práce s názvem Legislativní a institucionální ochrana rodiny v ČR z pohledu veřejné správy, má za cíl analyzovat situaci rodin v České Republice a základních lidských práv a svobod jejich členů. Dále se bude zabývat analýzou problémů při uplatňo-vání těchto práv a trestnou činností páchanou v rodinách. Bakalářská práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část obsahuje zákony a jejich komentáře k danému tématu, praktická část hodnotí situaci dodržování rodinného práva v ČR, analyzuje nejčastější trestné činy a problémy při uplatňování práv souvisejících s ochranou rodiny a navrhuje řešení pro zlepšení současné situace. |
