Diplomová práce je orientována do oblasti sociálních služeb. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jak je uplatňován zákon č. 108/2006 Sb. o sociálních službách v praxi poskytovateli, zadavateli a uživateli sociálních služeb. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny sociální služby jako celek. Jsou zde představeny především zásadní změny, které přinesl zákon o sociálních službách, a popsána základní ustanovení tohoto zákona. Praktická část se přímo dotýká aplikování zákona do praxe. Na základě provedeného kvalitativního výzkumu byly pro praktickou část připraveny výsledky rozhovorů s poskytovateli a zadavateli sociálních služeb pro osoby bez přístřeší v regionu Zlín. Kvalitativní výzkum doplňují výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které bylo realizováno přímo s uživateli popsaných sociálních služeb. |

The thesis is focused onto the area of social services. The aim of this work is to determine how the Act No. 108/2006 Coll. about Social Services is applied in the practice by provi-ders, contracting authorities and users of social services. In theoretical part of the thesis, social services are presented as a whole. Primarily, there are introduced major chan-ges which were brought by the Act on Social Services into practice. The basic provisions of this law are described too. The practical part is directly related to the application of the law into practice. On the basis of the qualitative research, the results of interviews with providers and the contracting authorities of social services for homeless persons in the re-gion of Zlin were prepared for this part. The qualitative research is complemented by fin-dings from questionnaire survey which was carried out directly with users of described social services. |
