dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na optimalizaci výrobních systémů metodami průmyslového inženýrství v jednom ze závodů společnosti Slovácké strojírny, a.s., Uherský Brod. V teoretické části je provedena rešerše literatury a internetových zdrojů, na základě které byly definovány nejdůležitější termíny spojené s tématem práce a metody nezbytné pro vypracování dalších částí práce. Dále je vypracována analytická část, kde je zmapován současný stav montáže na obou vybraných dílnách. Na základě provedených analýz je v projektové části vypracován projekt s cílem zefektivnit výrobu motorových pohonů typu BL, BD a BH. Jsou navržena opatření týkající se uspořádání pracovišť, ale také organizace samotných pracovníků.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is focused on optimizing industrial manufacturing systems engineering methods in one of the races of Slovácké strojírny, a.s., Uherský Brod. In the theoretical part the research literature and Internet sources have been defined the most important terms associated with the theme of work and methods necessary to produce the next section. It is developed analytical part, where the map of the state assembly for the two selected workshops. Based on the analysis in the design of the project with a view to streamline the production of motor drive type BL, BD and BH.
