Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvoření projektu založení a fungování domova pro seniory ve městě Brně. Diplomová práce je rozdělená do dvou částí. Teoretická část přibližuje čtenáři základní fungování neziskového sektoru, popisuje problematiku sociálních služeb a také zpracovává poznatky ohledně legislativního zakotvení sociálních služeb v České republice. V praktické části je rozvedena charakteristika města Brna z pohledu obecného, demografického, sociálního a z hlediska konkurenčního prostředí. Projektová část se zabývá postupem založení a fungování domova pro seniory ve městě Brně. |

The main aim of my thesis is to create project of founding and running process of retirement home in Brno. This thesis is divided into two parts. Theoretical part introduce readers to non-profit sphere and its running, it describes social services issues and also deals with social services law in Czech republic. There are two section in practical part of thesis for better understanding - analytical section and project section. There are demografic and social analysis of Brno in analytical part. Analytical section also deals with competitors analysis. Project section is aimed on founding and running process of retirement home. |
