dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu controllingových metod a činností ve firmě XYZ a.s. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny funkce a obsah controllingu, nástroje operativního controllingu a předpoklady pro správné fungování controllingu v podniku. V praktické části je firma XYZ a.s. představena. Je zhodnoceno její postavení na trhu a podmínky, za kterých controlling funguje. Poté je provedena analýza používaných nástrojů operativního controllingu. Díky této provedené analýze mohou být učiněny závěry a podány návrhy a doporučení, které mohou být firmou využity ke zlepšení systému controllingu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is focused on the analysis of controlling methods and activities of the XYZ company. The theoretic part presents functions and content of controlling, tools of operative controlling and prerequisites for the proper functioning of the controlling company. In the practical part company XYZ is introduced. Its market position and conditions under which the controlling works is reviewed. Then currently used tools of operative controlling are analysed. The analysis leads to some proposal and recommendations which may the company use to improve its controllig system.	en
