dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku výrobního podniku XY s.r.o. a jeho strategický rozvoj. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní definice a analýzy z oblasti strategie, strategického řízení a rozvoje pod-niku. Praktická část, ve které jsem využila skutečné informace o společnosti, charakterizuje podnik a popisuje současný výrobní program včetně jeho personálního zajištění, dále ana-lyzuje interní a externí prostředí tohoto podniku a popisuje současné strategické řízení ve společnosti. Projektová část diplomové práce zahrnuje popis projektu, jeho hlavní cíle a fáze, dále je zpracován podrobný finanční plán a provedeno zhodnocení rizik. V závěru projektové části je vypracováno celkové zhodnocení projektu zahrnující jeho návratnost a efektivnost.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis describes the XY Manufacturing Company Ltd. and its strategic development. The work consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the basic de-finice and analysis of strategy, strategic management and business development. The practical part in which I used real information society, characterized by an enterprise and describes early SOU-production program, including its staffing, analyzes the internal and external environment of business, and describes the current strategic direction of the com-pany.The design of the thesis, which is part of the practical part includes a description of the project, its main objectives and phases of the project is further developed a detailed financial plan and an assessment of risks.
