Zaměření diplomové práce je situováno do oblasti činnosti Policie ČR při hrozbě použití nástražného výbušného systému jako samostatné složky i jako základní složky Integrovaného záchranného systému. V obecné části jsou definovány obecné postupy a činnosti Policie ČR a je rozebrána problematika nástražných výbušných systému. V praktické části práce je podrobena analýze konkrétní kauza užití nástražného výbušného systému z praxe a případ modelového pokusu sebevražedného atentátníka s grafickou a obrazovou dokumentací. |

The focus of the diploma work are the Czech Republic police forces as an indepen-dent unit as well as a basic part of Integrated Emergency System, and their activities upon the Great of booby trapped explosive system. In the general part, there are definitions of generally valid procedures and activities within the Czech Republic Police forces, and fur-ther it deals with the problem of booby trapped explosive systems. In the practical part, there is an analysis of a particular real case related to the usage of booby trapped explosive system, and the test case of a suicidal assassin supplemented with graphic and picture do-cumentation. |
