Diplomová práce se zabývá profesními znalostmi, dovednostmi a vzděláváním pracovníků soukromých bezpečnostních agentur. Řeší znalosti a dovednosti, jaké musí mít pracovník, který má zájem se stát zaměstnancem soukromých bezpečnostních agentur, přijímací řízení do soukromých bezpečnostních agentur v podmínkách současné legislativy. Dále řeší možnosti celoživotního vzdělávání zaměstnanců soukromých bezpečnostních agentur. |
