dc.description.abstract	Jako téma bakalářská práce jsem si vybrala ageismus ve zdravotnictví z pohledu nelékařského zdravotního personálu. Ageismus zahrnuje předsudky a negativní představy či projevy diskriminace vůči starým lidem. Ale jaký význam má ve zdravotnictví? A Vyskytuje se zde? Mým cílem bylo zjistit, zda tito pracovníci znají termín ageismus, jakým způsobem či při kterých činnostech se projevuje nejvíce, který druh nelékařského personálu jej proti seniorům vytváří. Zkoumá jeho výskyt v nemocnicích a domovech pro seniory, porovnává tyto dvě instituce. Ve výzkumné části jsem prováděla šetření pomocí dotazníků. Z výsledků vyplývá, že se agesimus ve zdravotnictví skutečně objevuje, především v oblasti nedostatečného sdělování informací a jeho výskyt je téměř srovnatelný v obou ze zkoumaných institucí.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	As the topic of my bachelor thesis I have chosen ageism in the health service from the perspective of non-doctor medical staff. Ageism includes prejudices and negative ideas or manifestations of discrimination against old people. However, what meaning does it have in the health service? And does it occur here? My objective was to find out whether these employees know the term ageism, in what manner or during what activities it shows itself most, what type of non-doctor staff creates it against seniors. The bachelor thesis examines its occurrence in hospitals and old people?s homes, it compares these two institu-tions. In the research section, I conducted investigation by means of questionnaires. It fol-lows from its results that ageism in the health service really occurs, in particular in area of lack informations in communications, and its occurrence is nearly comparable in both in-stitutions being examined.	en
