dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá sebeřízením a organizací životního stylu pacientů s chronickou nenádorovou bolestí. Teoretická část práce vymezuje pojem chronická nenádorová bolest, popisuje komplexní charakter chronické nenádorové bolesti, její vliv na životní styl pacienta a seznamuje s procesem efektivního sebeřízení u pacientů s chronickou bolestí. Praktická část práce vyhodnocuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření zaměřeného na zjištění úrovně sebeřízení u pacientů s chronickou bolestí, úrovně jejich informovanosti v této oblasti a na identifikaci faktorů ovlivňujících efektivní sebeřízení.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the self-managing patients with chronic non-cancer pain and organization of their lifestyle. The theoretical part defines chronic non-cancer pain, descri-bes complex character of chronic non-cancer pain, its influence on patient's lifestyle and introduces with the process of chronic non-cancer pain self-management. The practical part interprets the results of questionnaire survey investigating the level of self-management in patients with chronic non-cancer pain, awareness of patients about self-management and factors that influence effective self-management in patients with chronic non-cancer pain.	en
