Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vytvořením simulační studie firmy, která dodává výpočetní techniku. Simulace byla vytvořena v simulačním prostředí Witness. Teoretická část popisuje všeobecně diskrétní simulace systémů a také druhy modelů a zabývá se také simulačním prostředím Witness. V praktické části, která se zabývá samotnou simulací, byl kladen důraz na adekvátnost údajů, odpovídající vstupy a výstupy a přehlednost modelu, který se ukázal být klíčovým. Byl zde zohledněn počet pracovníků, množství zakázek, dodavatelé, přepravní služby a mnoho dalších aspektů, které dohromady vymodelovaly skutečný chod firmy. Simulační studie popisuje, jak firma funguje v jednotlivých ročních obdobích, kde jsou úzká místa systému, a doporučuje změny v chodu firmy. Ne všechna očekávání byla splněna, ale na druhou stranu byly výstupem výsledky, které možná nikdo nečekal. |

This thesis deals with creating a simulation study of the company that supplies computer equipment. The simulation was created in Witness simulation environment. The theoretical part describes the general discrete simulation models and species, and also addresses the Witness simulation environment. In the practical part, which is dedicated to the simulation, the emphasis on the adequacy of the data, the corresponding inputs and outputs, and clarity of the model, which proved to be key. There was taken into account the number of employees, number of orders, suppliers, transportation services and many other aspects that make the actual running of the company modeled. Simulation study describes how the company works in different seasons, where the system bottlenecks, and recommends changes to the running of the company. Not all expectations were met, but on the other hand, the output results, which perhaps no one expected. |
