dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou centrálních žilních katétrů. Práce obsa-huje stručnou charakteristiku anatomie a fyziologie žilního řečiště, popisuje historii centrální žilní kanylace, indikace a kontraindikace, techniku punkce a přístupové cesty do cen-trálního žilního systému. Dále se zabývá přípravou pacienta k zavedení centrálního žilního katétru a dekantací. V další kapitole práce jsou popsány komplikace u pacienta se zavede-ným centrálním žilním katétrem. Praktická část se zabývá výsledky dotazníkového šetření. Výsledky byly zpracovány do tabulek, grafů a komentářů.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis deals with central venous catheters issues. The thesis contains a short description of the anatomy and physiology of venous, describes the history of central venous cannulation, indications and contraindications, technique of puncture and access ways to the central venous system. It also deals with preparing the patient for the implantation of central venous catheter and decantation. In the next chapter are described a patient's omplications with established central venous catheter. The practical part deals with the results of the questionnaire. The results are summarized in tables, graphs and commentaries.	en
