Česká republika je kritizována za vysoké počty dětí dlouhodobě umístěných v ústavním systému péče, nejsou také stanoveny standardy kvality práce s ohroženou rodinou a zcela nedostačující je terénní práce v rodinném prostředí. V současnosti jsou ovšem připravovány změny systému péče o ohrožené rodiny a děti, neboť tento nutně transformaci vyžaduje a zejména pak sjednocení postupů a řešení rodinných krizí státními i nestátními organizacemi, ale také sjednocení systému v rámci resortů ministerstev. V diplomové práci se také zabývám proměnami tradiční rodiny a současnými přístupy k sociální práci s rodinou a dětmi. |

The Czech Republic is critize in large number of children who are placed in institution care in the long term, the standards of achievements with family in need are not determined and off-road work in family environment is wholly wanting. Nowadays the changes of the system of care for children and families in need are prepared, because the system is want of the transformation necessarily and especially the unification of processes and resolutions of family crises by national and non-national orgazations, but also the uni-fiation in terms of the resorts of department. In my graduation thesis I consider by changes of traditional family and current processes to social work with family and children. |
