Cílem mé diplomové práce je implementace konceptu Balanced Scorecard ve firmě Hobas. V teoretické části jsou formou literární rešerše charakterizovány základní pojmy týkající se problematiky, jako je prostředí firmy, finanční analýza, ekonomická přidaná hodnota, Balanced Scorecard. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí firmy, na základě těchto analýz je provedeno zhodnocení současného stavu měření a řízení výkonnosti firmy. V závěrečné části je pak navržena implementace Balanced Scorecard. Poté jsou už zhod-noceny případné přínosy a rizika spojené s realizací konceptu. |

The aim of my diploma thesis is to implement the concept of Balanced Scorecard in the Hobas company. There is an explanation of basic terms appertaining problems like environment of business, financial analysis, economic value added, Balanced Scorecard. The practical part deals with analysis of inside and outside environment of business. There is an assessment of the current state of measurement and performance management. There is the proposed implementation of the Balanced Scorecard in the final part. Then the potential benefits and risks associated with the implementation of the concept are already assessed. |
